Cast iron bakeware can be used to make traditional items made in a conventional oven. Cornbread comes out perfectly from the cornbread pan and is the preferred type of cookware for cooking with corn bread.  Another great example of cast iron bakeware is an aebelskiver pan.  Appromximately 9” diameter and 1” depth; it can be used for poached eggs as well as for Danish donuts.
